"Can not connect to asterisk"

Hello, new user to freePBX / Asterisk.

Install on Ubuntu 18.04.2 - all packages up to date

I went through the forum / google to find the iseu and I guess it is a very little miss.
I can login to freepbx console and have the top right red banner “can not connect to asterisk”

1 - Check, Asterisk is running ( checked as well with asterisk “asterisk -rvvv” ) → ok
2 - All ports are open ( no fw / iptables enabled )

In freebpx.log , I have
[2019-Apr-08 08:31:02] [CRITICAL] (admin/bootstrap.php:260) - Connection attmempt to AMI failed
