Caller ID error

hello,

i am using FreePBX 16 with asterisk 19, i have installed sccp-chan to provision cisco phones.

sccp manager V14.3.0.13 (stable)

all configuration is DEFAULT setting, some phones detecting caller names while other phones showing Unknown Number when someone calls them

all phone models are same

please help me to resolve the issue.
