Caller gets no dial tone - ring group activated and MOH set to "ringing"

Hey folks,

I’m using FreePBX 17.0.24 and run into problems as mentioned above: I use ring groups and the caller gets no dial tone while calling.

Sure I noticed [SOLVED] Incoming calls (caller gets no ringing) (if going to a ring group) but the solving method mentioned there don’t work for me. I’m using pjsip.

I set MOH to “ringing” and “Send Progress” to “no” but the problem still exists.

Please advise how to solve this annoying problem.
