Call Recording Reports – Duration “Actively Recording”

On my Call Recording Reports module every call’s duration say “Actively Recording.” I don’t see a Call Recordings Reports wiki under the Reports Modules in the WIKI. Any idea what this is telling me?

Why does it happen like that?
