Call falling

Dears, regards!

I’m having a problem in my server, when i call an extension 5000, it returns the error bellow
.

How can i solve this problem?

You’ve configured the extension for AVPF, which is normally only used for WebRTC (browser based access), but you are actually calling a normal SIP phone, using AVP.

The settings will be on the advanced tab.

(You are also using chan_sip, which is no longer supported, although that is not the source of your problem.)
