Busying out Inbound Route

Hello,

Currently running FreePBX 14.0.3.17 and I am looking for a way to busy out the inbound route and send a huntable response that would force our carrier to reinvite to us on a different inbound route.

I have managed a crude way to do this by setting the device busy when a channel is in use, so I start one call then make a second and it correctly causes our carrier to reinvite to our second route.

Any help would be great

Inbound routes is a table looking for any DID matching, no matter from which trunk.

You can’t have two inbound routes for the same DID.

The real question is: what are you trying to accomplish?
