Bulk Handler Trunk Import Bug

When importing a trunk with “Qualify Frequency = 0” it is always imported as “Qualify Frequency = 60”
You can easely test this by exporting a trunk with Qualify Frequency = 0 and importing it back again.

This was tested with bulk-handler v17.0.7.1
