In our call event logging, we see a lot of phone numbers in both the caller and dialed columns, that have a +1 in front of them (+18081234567), and likewise a lot of numbers that do not (8082345678)
If you search for a phone number that does NOT have a + sign, you get results.
If you search for a phone number that has a + sign in front of it, you get NO results.
In fact, while you can see the number there in the list (with no criteria), there is no way to “find” it and skip the plus sign as apparently the search rule is left string full matching only, not an inclusive mid string partial match
Can someone confirm that the + sign is not a valid search character or is it treated special or ignored ?
