BUG - I believe. Version 17. Modifying an outbound route changes the preferred order

FreePBX 17.0.25

We have 4 outbound Routes defined.

I have noticed on several occasions that modifying the workings of an outbound route (where it goes etc) will sometimes change the position / order of the outbound routes in the list.

For Instance, I defined a new outbound route, saved it, hit ‘apply changes’, noticed it was at the bottom of the list, moved it to the 2nd position, and applied changes again. Then realized I was sending it to the wrong location. So I went in and modified the route, changing it from going to an announcement to and IVR. I hit submit.

This last step moved the outbound route that was in 2nd place, to now 3rd place, and moved #3 up to #2 position. This is the 3rd or 4th time I have noticed something like this. I can try to tinker and replicate it, but It is not just my imagination (like I originally thought I forgot to apply the position change)

Yes, I confirm it happens to me on several updated versions of freepbx 17, as well as the sidebar that now always pops up and is very annoying

the sidebar which is slide to open every time, then click on gear on top of right page and click on Keep Nav Bar Expanded for disabling this option and this nav bar will be always closed after this action.
