Hello all. This my first post although I have been using FreePBX for a few years now. I recently started using the Grandstream 2160 phones as it has the 24 built in BLF buttons / indicators. I have about 25 phones connected to a remote, hosted, FPBX 12 server. The server is running the FPBX 11 distro which I upgraded using the FPBX 11 to 12 upgrade module because I was receiving the following messages like the following
"new state Idle for Notify User 403 (queued)"
in the log file and I have BLF indicators on endpoints indicating that other endpoints are ringing or busy when they are actually available.
Any input, insight, help is greatly appreciated…
