BLF “Green bar” Not showing in desktop app for new users

Hello,

BLF is not working for recently created users.

Those that were created in 2022 do still work.

This happened earlier (see topic: BLF "Green bar" Not showing in desktop app), but with dev mode I don’t find the rtapiws.

User settings are exactly the same, unless I’m overseeing something.

Any ideas?
