I am getting spam messages from a sender 3-4 times per day. I blocked their number in the blacklist module but I’m still getting the SMS messages. Is there some other way I need to block these?
That module only handles voice calls. How are you getting the SMS to begin with?
The SMS Plus module (supposedly) adds the ability to blacklist numbers for SMS in the blacklist module
Do you use either VI or SIPStation for your SMS? That module only works with them.

Then you need to contact support. This is a commercial modules which we cant see
Support denied my request without paying for the support service. They claim this is a blacklist issue which is not a commercial module.
