I think the Avaya Call Accounting Software is a good choice.
We have worked with Cowlitz River Software for well over 10 years. I have found their company to be well organized, professional, and very responsive to our needs. They are very adaptive to our industry’s changing rules and regulations.
Try some other call accounting software like:
- Avaya / Nortel Call Accounting Software
- PBX Call Tarifficator
- Pinnacle Communications Management Suite
- RSI Call Accounting Management Software
- WinTariff
Call Accounting Mate works OK. From what I recall it is pretty straightforward to set up. There is a 14-day trial available. Runs on a windows pc. Currently costs around $375 US.
The elastix pbx comes with its own simple billing, which I use. It’s quite basic though, and there is not a lot of info about it. You will have to generate Rate Tables manually to use it.
Then there is A2Billing, also for free. Comprehensive and powerful, but not easy to set up. A2Billing offers a paid support service via Star2billing.
