Auto Provisioning S505 on freepbx where to get user and pass?

Hello Friends,
I am trying to auto provision s505 on my freepbx but somehow its not letting me do it. I tried all the guides and videos but nothing seems to work as i am unable to understand how to get the http user and pass details to update the same on the portal. My Sys Admin module is free and so is the EPM and EPM supports Sangoma phones for free so i am trying it to make life easy.

Any help or direction please.

Give us more configuration details. You can start from EPM ( Global settings, S505 Template and Mapping ) Thanks.

Thanks for sharing screenshots, I believe you don’t have External Public IP ( your pbx is hosted your Privet network ) I think you have to check below settings too…
1- Port Management ( Admin → System Admin → Port Management → System Admin (Enable to 84 UDP Default )
2- FW ( Connect → Firewall → Networks → Add Trusted network (192.168.1.0/24) AND → Extra Service → HTTP Provisioning to LOCAL Network Selected.)
3- Portal Sangoma Re-Direct your Phone to PBX ( https://portal.sangoma.com/ ) Login → PBX’s Select your PBX ID → Network Information → External IP Address : 192.168.1.243 → Update Deployment
4- Make a Factory reset of your S505

Thanks for your reply, I have already checked all the settings which you have suggested and they are as per your suggestions. The problem is when i go to portal for configuring redirection it ask for user name and password for http provisioning which i don’t know how to get. Can you please help in that.

I can’t save the redirection settings without entering phone provisioning password and i don’t know what is that password

Try another browser.

So if you still forcing you for Username and Password just give some and save it. Then go to EPM Template and edit Provisioning Address to Custom.

well thanks for all the things you are doing but i also tried custom address too and with no result, the portal got updated successfully after entering the user name and password but after resetting the phone it still remains blank i mean unregistered. I can’t understand what i missing it looks so simple.

ok so i did some update on the bellow page of the portal and the phone started doing some activity but it keeps on initializing again and again in the loop without any success.

Can you pls tell me your DNS settings? Try to add in your DHCP public DNS to be 1st place ( 8.8.8.8 or 1.1.1.1)

well that ain’t working too nothing changes. but thanks for all your help looks like i will give up and do the manual configuration

hi @shahin no my friend it ain’t working it started initializing for some time and then kept on re initializing again and again and then nothing happened. I don’t know what to do more as we fallowed all the procedures step by step. Maybe because it’s free version so might be not working as expect.
