Thanks for your reaction. I tried voicemail several times. But honestly I don’t think its the way to go. As you described, it will give me a big disadvantage to the other call recorders out there. And I don’t know if it is possible to record voicemails simultaneously?
If you want to auto answer incoming calls wouldn’t it make more since to place them through an IVR then if no one is available to send them to a voicemail blast?
What you could do is set the trunk recording to FORCE then it will record the call the entire time it is in the system overriding any other recording settings. Then you are able to talk to the caller while it is being recorded or just send it to voicemail.
