API for modify / create / delete a user in User management

I’m looking for a way to create / modify / delete a user in the internal directory or a user synchronised with an active directory using GRAPHQL or REST API

Thank you but it is not the goal. The AD synchro is working well, What I need is modify a user using API. As I have seen, GraphQL has no API in this way.
