I have an announcement which is followed buy an IVR. The announcement is set to allow skip with button press so familiar callers can press their desired key to reach their destination without having to listen through the entire announcement, but when you press a key, no matter which key, it just repeats the announcement. Once the announcement starts repeating , you can then successfully press numbers for the IVR and it skips the message. Any thoughts or ideas why the announcement is repeating?
Hard to know without any logs or seeing your code.
