All Outbound Calls Showing The Same Caller ID

FreePBX Ver.: 16.0.40.11

We have 5 different phone numbers for 5 different businesses on our FreePBX installation (single server).

All 5 outbound lines are indicating the same caller ID.

We want each phone number to have it’s own caller ID.

Our Trunking provider is Twilio. After speaking with them they feel the issue is with our FreePBX setup.

Here are 3 screen shots of our trunks, outbound routes and an example extension setting.

We have the outbound routes set to override the extension settings.

If someone could tell me what I’ve got wrong I would appreciate it.

Thanks,
John

Bump.

Anyone see something wrong with my setup?

Provide a log of your outbound call.

You don’t need < and > in your caller ID fields, try removing them.
