hello,

I am facing the same problem; I can only make calls between internal extension numbers.
The connection to outside was fine until some couple of days ago where i started getting ‘all circuits are busy…’.
Nothing has changed on my configurations.
Please assist me on this

Here is my log file as i call from 1002 to 90712852796

Thank you

Whatever SIP peer you have named fxo refused your call:

[Jan 3 14:16:29] VERBOSE[30870] app_dial.c: – Called fxo/0712852796
[Jan 3 14:17:01] VERBOSE[30870] app_dial.c: – SIP/fxo-0000001a is circuit-busy
[Jan 3 14:17:01] VERBOSE[30870] app_dial.c: == Everyone is busy/congested at this time (1:0/1/0)

Do you read these logs when you post them?

I have not changed anything in any of my configurations. What could be the possible cause(s) for it to refuse my calls?

No idea, don’t even know what “it” is. Some kind of gateway? Does it have a log? Have you tried to reboot it?

All of this just a guess because the name is fxo, for foreign exchange office. Fancy word for a POTS line.

I would like to know the outcome.

Thank for your replies.
That fxo is my SIP trunk. I have rebooted with no lucky

SIP trunk to where? Need complete info.

SIP Trunk from internal network to Service Provider’s Network, for telephony services.

This is from log file

[Jan 6 04:54:41] VERBOSE[12188] pbx.c: – Goto (macro-dialout-trunk,continue,3)
[Jan 6 04:54:41] VERBOSE[12188] pbx.c: – Executing [continue@macro-dialout-trunk:3] NoOp(“SIP/1002-00000035”, “TRUNK Dial failed due to CONGESTION HANGUPCAUSE: 0 - failing through to other trunks”) in new stack

No matter how many times you post it the answer is the same, your trunk is indicating it can’t complete the call.

It’s one of these things -

1 - Your network has changed and your server can’t reach your provider
2 - Your provider is refusing your calls

You can try turning off the dialplan debug ‘core set verbose 0’ and ‘core set debug 0’ and turn on sip debug ‘sip set debug peer fxo’

Can you ping the host specified in the peer?

I can not ping the host in the peer

Ok, well either your provider does not accept pings (possible) or you have a networking issue with your server (can you ping any host on Internet? Is DNS working) or your provider has issues. If it was working and you have changed nothing on your network I would at least contact them.

DNS is working just fine and everything is pingable!
I will contact my service provider.

Thank you so much for your support
