Alert-Info: for Grandstream Phones (auto answer)

Working we Grandstream GXP-2140 / 2160. We have a case where we want calls to a specific DID to ring a phone and be auto-answered. Since the Grandstream phones don’t appear to use the Alert-Info SIP header, but rather the Call-Info header, I don’t see how to do this. Note: Paging works fine as it adds the Call-Info header.

These phones are configured via the Commercial Endpoint Manager module, The PBX is running FreePBX Distro 10.13.66-22. The phones are using chan_sip.

I’m sure I’m just overlooking something obvious.

When you dial the extension with the intercom prefix, does it auto answer as expected? If so, you can create a Misc Destination to dial this and point your inbound route to that.
