Is there a way to turn off a call forward on an extension from the admin panel?
not that I am aware of. use UCP
Yeah. Done that. But I have to reset the users password to do so. Had someone go on vacation and set up call forward with an invalid destination.
just add the extension to your ucp
It depends. If the CF is done on the actual phone, then no. If it’s done through Asterisk, there should be a way to delete the AstDB entry for the CF and turn it off. You might have to grovel around in the DB for a minute to figure it out.
