Is there an easy way to add an “ID” announcement to the congestion messages? i.e., currently I’m getting the following playback
silence/1.ulaw
cannot-complete-as-dialed.ulaw
check-number-dial-again.ulaw
I’d like to create additional recordings with all our systems names and have that play back at end of the congestion message playback.
silence, cannotbecompleted, checknumber, systemID
The point would be to be able to quickly tell which system is generating the congestion message, specifically for intra-office trunking.
