ad catalog sync missed some OUs

setting ad sync. adding MS AD catalogue like
OU=Fab,OU=HG,DC=production,DC=local
some OUs inside Fab are not synced
when trying missed like
OU=My site one,OU=Fab,OU=HG,DC=production,DC=local
it’s synced correctly

why it can fail sync from upper OU?
