Please note that requests to translate Sangoma FreePBX Commercial Modules and other proprietary systems are handled via separate process from our open source weblate instance mentioned above. If you are interested contact us for details.
Translations of the displayed interface into as many languages as possible is the prime intent of this category. However, for related matters, please see below.
Call Flows
Sometimes callers choosing language A start hearing prompts in language B. This might be module related, so you should check for other categories to open your topic (before posting here) or even in General Help .
Prompt Messages
If your issue concerns the sound files that come with Asterisk, then you might consider directly working with the Asterisk Community for discussion.
Sangoma Phones
Sangoma P-Series phones support many display languages on their screens – specific questions about that are probably better handled in the Sangoma Hardware Phones category.
Sangoma Scribe
If you are encountering issues with or have questions about Commercial Modules > Scribe AI translation tools, such as transcriptions of messages in voicemail-to-email or call recordings, then that category is a good place to post (or directly open a ticket at https://sangoma.help if you are an existing/current Scribe customer.)
