401 Wrong_Dialling_Pattern during SIP Configuration

I hava sip line, which I have connected to freepbx. My trunk is registered successfully. I am able to get Inbound Calls. But during Outbound call I am getting 401 Wrong Dialling Pattern Error.

Flow : From my soft phone I am placing a call → Invite is coming to FreePbx → Freepbx sending an invite to my Sip provider (I am using outbound proxy) → then Trying Request → 401 Wrong dialling pattern (source : SIP provider outbound proxy to Destination : FreePBX)

Can anyone help to resolve the issue !

Try Outbound Proxy:
sip:1.2.3.4\;lr\;hide
Replace 1.2.3.4 with IP address or domain name given by your provider.
