Zulu users are continuously connecting and disconnecting even switching internet

hi team,

we have zulu licensed and to some users it suddenly stop connecting and then after some time it started working. they are using airtel connection.

what can we do to optimize their connectivity issues.

What version of Asterisk are you using?

Asterisk 13.32.0

what can be done to fix this issue as the user is using Airtel internet and he is in registering.

not able to connect with the server. while others connect.
