Sangoma Desktop (Mac) going unreachable all at once

So why are all my users’ Sangoma Desktop’s going unreachable at the exact same time? Desk phones are not doing it.

Individual extensions should drop off when the mac sleeps, etc. But all of them at the same time (to the second)? Repeatedly?

Sure the desk phones are going Unreachable more than I think the should also, but not all at the same time, and not at the same time as Sangoma Desktop.

it is a mix of versions of Desktop

Hi Jared

I’m aware of something similar to this reported to support which was due to this Ast issue
https://issues.asterisk.org/jira/browse/ASTERISK-30369

Fixed versions are in fpbx repo now.

So that is in this update that I just ran?

Also, when I reported this to support last week, they refused to do anything because I had no support credits. I don’t think they even read my description.

Yes. 18.16.0 is the latest release.

Do I need an Asterisk restart or is a reload good enough after applying a yum update like that?

Asterisk has to be restarted in order to use the newly installed version.
