Zulu UC Mobile Username issues

Hello,

After hours of trying to get the mobile beta app to work, I have discovered that the app does not like usernames with a period in them. So, firstname.surname will not work but firstnamesurname will.

Is this known about and can it be fixed please?

This isn’t email. Having . in your SIP user name is generally a bad idea and frowned on as it’s not really a format that is used or iirc, valid.

Understand this is not email. But, this works perfectly fine on the desktop app and when your username is (by design) something@fqdn, it might as well be email.

Ya this sounds like a bug. Open up a support ticket.
