Zulu server status Not running

Hello,

We are running Free PBX Version 13.0.197.31. We just purchased Zulu for a soft phone solution. In doing this we see the server status of zulu not running. Any help on this would be great. This was handed to me as i do support the Pbx system i am not to knowledgeable on the add ins like this.

Howdy! Welcome to the forums.

Support is included with commercial module purchases. Were you able to open a ticket and resolve this issue ?

FreePBX 13 has been EOL long time ago, same for Zulu.
You need to upgrade your server to 16 or 17.
