Zulu, Ringgroups and pickup

Hello,

We have a weird problem while using pickup. This ringgroup is composed mostly by Zulu softphone and one Sangoma S500.
When someone from the ringgroup is trying to pickup a call, nervermind if the call is going to extensions inside or outside the ringgroup, all Zulu softphones from the ringgroup are disconnected from Zulu Server, and I need to reset the Zulu Server to be able to reconnect them all. Only the Sangoma remains available. Zulu softphones outside the ringgroup remains available too.

Has anyone ever encountered this problem?
