My free zulu license expired and I’ve purchased 2 more and it now only says this product is not licensed and I’ve purchase more licenses
You needed to order as a Renewal. Contact Sangoma Support and they will fix it.
For whatever reason license changes are scheduled and are NOT real time. Give it 24 hours
The problem was fixed, I was not able to renew as it was that 1st year trial for zulu, so I’ve purchased new licenses but looks like you hae to wait, not the first time it happens, the system only removes the licenses the day after the expiration, it does not let you use it and only removes the day after.
