Zulu is not available on this machine

Hello guys… not sure if there was an update last night. or something but it looks like zulu stop working.
i have 20 licesses for zulu/sangoma connect. sangoma is working fine no problem. but zulu isn’t working. when i goto the zulu tab under admin is pop up a page for me to buy liceses. so but when i check sys activation there 20 zulu user. tryed to update activation and same thing. SSH into and restart zulu deamon and got the following Msg.

fwconsole restart zulu
Running FreePBX shutdown...

Running Asterisk pre from Zulu module
Zulu Server is not running

Running FreePBX startup...
Unable to run Pre-Asterisk hooks, because Asterisk is already running on PID 3222 and has been running for 6 minutes, 42 second
Running Asterisk post from Zulu module
This product is not licensed

already try to reinstall and same thing

not sure if i missed something… thanks for the help…

PBX Distro:12.7.8-2202-2.sng7
Asterisk Version:16.20.0
Zulu Mod 16.0.10

No issues here with my testing of Zulu 16.0.10. Both Zulu and SNG Connect use the same licensing, so I’m not sure how you get a condition where one appears to be licensed and the other isn’t. Assuming the Zulu module is installed and up to date, and the Zulu daemon is running, open a support ticket.
