Zulu Inbound calls not showing in history

Hi There,

My outbound calls are showing up in my history on the Zulu software but my inbound calls do not appear there. Is this an issue with the way my extensions are configured on Zulu, a misconfig or something else? The calls route through to a queue, and then to an agent.
