We have a user that constantly receives “error connecting to server” when they try to log into Zulu Desktop. Even with their VPN activated it still shows this error. I was able to log into the user account on Zulu Desktop from a computer in America. But they are not able to in Ukraine even with a VPN activated.
Obviously right now, there might be connectivity problems with The Ukraine, what is the nature of the user’s ISP and VPN provider? Local IP, VPN provider, traceroute from client to server (with and without the VPN in place) ?
