Zero Touch Provisioning not working on Sangoma S400

I’m trying to understand how to troubleshoot zero touch provisioning for a Sangoma S400 on a remote hosted FreePBX.
I’ve already set the redirection up and claimed the phone, that has been associated to the right location. When the phone boots, nothing happens and the default firmware is loaded. On the FreePBX side, there’s anything in /var/log/httpd/access_log. It looks like the phone does not try at all to download its configuration.

If I try to open https://FQDN:1443, i get:

Forbidden

You don’t have permission to access /.noindex.html on this server.

How can I troubleshoot this scenario?
