We are really enjoying our Sangoma + EPM manager experience; however; when setting up phones, we noticed we have to push “OK” on the PnP screen, on the phones, during startup. Then the config downloads and we are on our way.

Is there a way to avoid this, “One Touch” step?
No for security and safety reasons that is needed as lots of peopkeay want to connect to different PBXs on the same network so we present a list. Also we have customers who have a premise PBX but also a PBX somewhere else and PNP would get in the way of reaching a different PBX is it just assumed you wanted to connect to it.
