Zero Touch Configuration Uses Out of Date Settings

I have an S305 that is pulling old information from the Sangoma portal so it cannot find my local PBXact system. This happens after updating the deployment information multiple times on the portal, removing and enabling redirection for the phone, and even removing then re-adding it to the account.

I have also tried configuring the redirect settings on the portal’s Phone Details page as well as the “Edit Deployment” Redirection Settings page.

How can I get the Sangoma portal to use the correct settings?
