How do you setup distinctive ring on TDM FXO port? I have the service from telco and want to be able to route the call that comes in on that number. Not for sure how I configure it in FreePBX and trixbox.

When I recently setup FreePBX for the first time, for someone elses system, I noticed that it didn’t seem to control anything in zapata.conf.
It seems you are supposed to setup your Zap channels manually?
So with that in mind, you may need to setup your distinctive ring manually in Zapata.conf. If so, some useful information can be found here.

I have distinctive ring working fine with plain Asterisk (no FreePBX) or anything so it does work, and with little effort.
