Yum variables not correct

Hi all,

I am struggling with the following for a month or two:

When trying to update my sng7, i get the following:
Could not retrieve mirrorlist http://mirrorlist.sangoma.net/?release=$releasever&arch=x86_64&repo=os&dist=$dist&staging=$staging error was
14: HTTP Error 500 - Internal Server Error

It looks like yum does not get the $releasever variable correct.

When i check yum version, this is the output:
Installed: $releasever/x86_64 421:34007c0e36da16a5d99891ea7962c335bb3439ec
Group-Installed: yum 12:ccb58bd78f060e730af300713473ec44f6277201
version

Sangoma-release does work:
cat /etc/sangoma-release
Sangoma Linux release 7.5.1805 (Core)

I cannot find a difference between a working machine and this one.

Could anyone point me in the right direction?
