Your call cannot be completed as dialed but trunk line is on?

Thanks I wish voipo would of told me to do that oh well but the system is working great hats to everyon for there time and help.

Kind of. Elastix is dead and was (originally) based on FreePBX.

The route to a solution (when coming here for advice) is to do the following:

  1. Backup your information.
  2. Export all of your information to CSV files.
  3. Print out the pertinent screens.
  4. Upgrade to FreePBX 13/14 and start over.

After that, the problems either disappear or we can help.
