details please. How did you build this box? Is it from a distro? If so who’s and what version, if not then it’s hand built. So what is it (OS, etc), who’s directions did you use, etc… The more information you give to start the better of a answer you will get.
/html/admin is NOT a normal path and how and exactly where did you get this message?
Edit /etc/httpd/conf/httpd.conf
Change User apache and Group apache to User asterisk and Group asterisk.
