Just fixed a template in EPM for someone and noticed that the Yealink T27G has no firmware in 1.18 or 1.19.
But it is a supported model.
I do not have the customer’s portal account to open a commercial ticket. That is a huge failing of the ticket system for commercial modules…

Except, as a consultant I don’t want to be legally liable for something that I have no need of.
For some customers where I am more than a consultant, then yes that can make sense.
