Yealink T22P dialing issue on FreePBX

Hey folks – I have several customers using Yealink T22P’s on hosted FreePBX systems, mostly happily. I am seeing one dialing issue I can’t pinpoint: from time to time, randomly, the users will get the dreaded “all circuits are busy” message that is (usually) indicative of a mis-dialed number. However, the calls, in this case, actually go through and ring on the receiving end, although neither party hear each other: the called person hears dead air and the caller hears the above message. I have Cisco 7960’s set up on the same PBX’s, and they don’t have this problem, so I suspect some kind of dialer timing setting on the Yealinks. Anyone else seen this problem and know what setting I need to tweak? Thanks.
