Yealink phone dial out delay -2-3 seconds after I pick up headset

I have yealink T48 & T46 seems like after I press the number and pick up heatset the number is dialled after 2-3 seconds - is there a way to change that behavior ?

You need to have the console open and see if the phone has sent the dial to the PBX or if the phone is delaying.

Most likely you have something setup wrong in your phone.

sorry for confusion: I pick the headset then I dial number and have to wait 3-4 seconds
