I am using EndPoint Manager 126.96.36.199. I have no realized with 2 different clients, that it seems the config file for the Yealink is no longer working. I checked the syslog of the YeaLink phone and see nothing of interest…
Does anybody have any ideas?
I am on version 188.8.131.52 also and the configurations seem to be working fine, make sure you are using the firmware version they are pushing, currently 72.0.45 (phones are now shipping with 72.0.46, which is not available on Yealink’s website)
a couple of points…
Prefix keys get changed to be listed as PTT after saving the template
Firmware revision is falling behind
Expansion module keys get completely cleared after upgrading the endpoint module
DaveDog have you tried provisioning a new phone recently?
