We are using the yealink t48g telephone. I’ve got shortcut keys for extensions for my 5 staff. I can see when they are in the line. My problem is that incoming external calls go to a ring group and when someone calls in all I can see for all the extensions is ringing. I can no longer see who is on the phone. I’d like to see who is on the phone in order to let them pick it up if they are available.
