XHR response code: 503 XHR responseText: undefined jQuery status: error

Hi,
I get exactly the error and behavior described in this github. From my understanding ,it is solved ???
I read a workaround increasing the timeout but I don’t really understand where this value is ? ( apache , freepbx , asterisk ? )

I saw below issue on my PBX 15 once time. I fixed this issue running below command.
fwconsole chown
fwconsole r --verbose

you are still seeing same issue? Which version FreePBX is this ?
Could you pls pass here your error screenshot pls.
On CLI we do not see any Asterisk Apply config error… fwconsole r --verbose clear.

You can try and this command.
‘chown -R /var/lib/php/session’

Yes same error.
Here are all infos :
it is so on Ubuntu 18.04.4 LTS
I have installed FreePBX 15.0.16.49
I’m running #CLI> core show version
Asterisk 16.9.0 built by root @ MyIP on a x86_64 running Linux on 2020-04-02 20:12:36 UTC

And I already tried ( modified command with appropriate username ) ‘chown -R asterisk /var/lib/php/session’ , with out sucess

Did you search the forum and look at some of the “XHR Response” threads there? Many of them refer to incorrect version or bad installs of some of the “yum” updateable software components which you may need to upgrade.

yes, I checked the different solutions even if it was not the same error code ( ie : do the Chown manually on session directory, fwconsole chown, update modules to the latest version manually …etc… )

Well That’s all my point :
the unique output / notification I have so far is that error message.
Otherwise, I have no errors

So Could you pls try to upgrade your PBX All Modules to --EDGE version.
fwconsole sa u

fwconsole chown
fwconsole r --verbose
fwconsole restart

Hi all,
for beenfits of the forum,
Issue was on the size of the AWS instance. Increasing ressources helped to solve this issue.
I would suggest anyhow, to add some error logging for such situation … iwould have helped a lot
