XactView view stats for each user widget not available?

Am I missing something pretty basic here?

Is there not a module inside of XactView to see what each agent has done for the day? Such as total talk time, total calls or do I have to run a report each time I want to see this data?

Xactview is a operator panel not a stat or wallboard system. It’s for live call stuff mainly.

You can enable statistics on Queues that you are monitoring in Xactview to get an overview of the entire Queue.
