What is the recommended operator panel for PBX (FreePBX / PBXact) 17?
XactView/iSymphony is dead. As ugly as it is/was, it was a valuable component of past versions of PBXact.

It’s not too pretty, and some find the support responsiveness/availability to be questionable, but FOP2 serves us well.
used the fop from freepbx version 1.4 but after that it was a disaster across the board. Apart from the fact that it does not support for example sangoma phone and all the aliases of freepbx but the support is totally absent and I would never install it on the same machine where freepbx17 runs not to mention that the control panel of the settings simply does not work. The truth is that to date there is no real control panel for monitoring extensions, queues and more. Queue Wallboard integrated in UCP as a paid module helps a little but it is not the same thing (but who came up with the idea for the Multiple Agent Summary widget to insert the list of extensions in scroll mode???). To date I have partially overcome the problem with Sangoma Phone, within the softphone I can manage queues and operators
I have used fop2 and for certain situations it is ok, but not suitable as a stand in for XactView on PBXact. Thanks for the suggestions, looking for more.
