On some phones, (typically D50 and D40 models) the following error started to happen:
When pressing the MSGS button, user will see the list of voice mail messages.
But trying to listen to them will not work.
It will return error codes like 500:10000 or 10001
Completely reverting to factory default then reconfiguring the phone will not fix the problem.
We’re using FreePBX 12.0.25 with Digium Addons 2.11.0.4
Firmware is downloaded in the Digium Addons modules (latest firmware_1_4_2_0_package)
All phones are configured to download latest firmware
DPMA version is 2.1.1 (latest)
